Overall the hotel met my expectations - the staff were lovely and helpful, the common areas were clean, and the rooms were pretty spacious and bright. The best part was definitely the comfy beds. They’re a bit on the softer side, but the pillows and mattress are super plush and easy to sink into. The bathroom amenities also smelled lovely (fresh and minty) and the housekeeping staff were always prompt. I also tried a bit of the room service menu (which was mainly Indian cuisine) and it tasted pretty authentic and wasn’t overly expensive. The free popcorn and iced water at the reception area was a super nice touch. :)

We required the pool view room which stayed away from the lift and hallway but we couldn't get what we wanted and Khun Bos who works as a bell who delivers the luggage to our room is nice and friendly, Khun Suchart who works at the restaurant area is great, he listens to our inquiring about the croissants and informs the kitchen to provide the fresh one. We didn't expect to get the fresh croissants but we just got the stale croissants twice and he fixed this issue. Overall, we appreciated the property, F&B and service. I hope to visit this place again on my next trip 😃

The hotel also features a nice small pool, but make sure to use it early in the day, as the sun gets blocked by the building next to the hotel in the afternoon. There are plenty of street food options, and a 7-Eleven is just 2 minutes away. Additionally, there is a shuttle that goes several times a day to the Thonglor BTS. Definitely worth the price, and I will consider staying here again!

The location worked perfectly for us - it’s in a quieter part of Bangkok, but getting around was easy with Grab or Bolt (I’d recommend taking a bike for faster travel). The BTS Skytrain was just a 10-minute walk away, and the hotel also offers shuttle services there every half hour, which was super convenient.

There is a proper 7-11 about 3 min walk from the hotel as well as a few decent restaurants.
